Good one: I have done my personal SWOT analysis before because I treat my career like a business so I have applied business principles to my career over the years because I always view myself as an "intrepreneur". For those who have never done this it will be eye opening for them.Thanks Dr. Jon

Love it. I always treat weaknesses as an area of growth too. I realize people who aren't as experienced are afraid to show it. I am too sometimes, but humility is a part of being a hero. That's what I've learned recently :)
