It’s Tom with Satori Graphics back with another Illustrator tutorial. Today how to make some cool perspective typography in Illustrator, with just one click. This video is not click bait, it really does take only one click once you have the perspective grid setup on your canvas. Applying the typography is simple and you can make such cool and interesting designs, using the perspective grid for typography.

Its not working and I dont understand why. I made the grid, I keep clicking on the text with the perspective grid tool but nothing is happening. It just selects the text. Why could that be happening?

somehow I click and nothing happens :( Im using illustrator CC and I need it to be in the perspective like either starwars or space invader , somehow this simple thing isnt working even for the example for me :(

I've never heard of design noise before. I guess I could also on Skillshare.. However, it takes a lot of time and effort to make these videos as concise as I do, and right now I am making in-depth courses to go onto my subscription website, where people can pay a monthly or annual fee for access to all courses and vector downloads.

You use the perspective selection tool, not the perspective grid tool, to move the text. Other than that, helpful tutorial.
