‘Your price’ will only set the new base price for all other houses. What’s the point of selling.

The government is planning to create Perth as big as Sydney and Melbourne in short period of time. Thats why it is good to invest in Perth😊

In order to tap housing equity, you have to pay the high interest rates. You want to downsize? The entry level houses are the most hotly contested housing market where after paying off the govt, you then have to overpay for the downsized property and then pay your sky high stamp duty. The higher house prices go, the poorer we all get, Surely everyone realised this.

Under supplied for rent, construction and for sale. It’s the large undersupply on all angles making things grow to new heights.

Welcome my friend! It will impact it but not enough to shake off current strength in the housing completely. Reason being, one indicator alone can’t control it all. It would need to be years of weakness, followed by unemployment increases, combined with an over stimulation of constructions supply, collapsing rents, negative migration or substantially reduced, established houses and rentals increasing at volume. Can that play a factor in other indicators showing? Ofcourse. But until all that occurs together no one indicator in one year can break it apart in my opinion. All these occurring together was what happened in the last bust. So until all things happen together growth continues. Hope this helps and gives you all the indicators to see.

Very objective and biased opinion, without data support. what he described in Adelaide is exactly the same as happening in WA, so why Perth has passed the peak but Adaleide still has room to grow??? 😂

What’s biased about this opinion? This video says Perth is growing well and it clearly is. Also how is it without data support? This video isn’t anything else but data with charts and interpretation of those charts throughout. The outcome of the video is Perth is growing really well. I’m not sure if you watched the video in full.

China has huge stores of Iron ore, other mines around the world are springing up, China is slowing rapidly - headwinds ahead.
