The sooner the better. Don't expect for prices to decrease with time. Whether its a unit or a house just get it ASAP

NGL perth is very much overheated, people seem to have a short term memory in that they forget our boom bust mining town past.

We agree. The market is definitely overheated but we're in uncharted territory at the moment. Until the housing shortage situation has been solved, the prices aren't going to drop anytime soon.

I worked in WA mines for 20 plus years and most workers were fifo from eastern states, they just realised its more affordable in Perth.
