Pertici Industries latest addition to their line of CNC Profile Routers is the P527 5 Axis machining Centre.
P527 is available in a variety of lengths depending on your requirements. Standard available sizes are 4, 7 and 9 meters of machining length. Other lengths up to 16m are available upon request.
With 8KW 24,000RPM spindle (11KW optional) and a 450mm saw blade, the P527 is able to cut and notch profiles at almost any angle. Along with a fixed 90º saw blade to cut profiles to length fast and accurately. Optionally there is an 11KW spindle for heavy profile machining.
The P527 comes standard with a 10 position automatic tool magazine with an optional 16 position magazine available. Tools that can be used by the P527 include Routers, Mills, Drills and Taps.
Thanks to the 5 axis head the machine can take a stock piece of aluminium profile and cut the profile into several lengths and then machine the appropriate holes, slots ect and mitre the ends of the pieces as required, all in one program.
