Great video, really in depth, which I love. Would you ever consider doing a 4th doctor review on the many releases and how on screen accurate they are. Would love to see this.

I accept fully that to many it stands only as a cheap and tacky example of early 1970s Science-fiction, but The Claws of Axos is a personal favourite of mine too! One reason is the very quotable dialogue Bob Baker and Dave Martin deliver - the sublime "It's Your Head on the Block, Not Mine" is one I use at work on a fairly regular basis, and it may be that the strength of the story lies in two very energetic writers out to prove their chops but also its fairly simple but clever idea of a seemingly friendly alien visitation that is a screen for a genocidal predator... I would have had this set in a snap, but this was the time when the figures were saturating the shops and I had 'passed out'. It's a pity in a way that Chin wasn't included here(!), but while I'm not all that impressed by COs Axon Man here they still did the story justice with very faithful Jo Grant and a Brigadier. Anyway, I enjoyed your review very much! At some point maybe you can review The Daemons set perhaps....?
