I appreciate the series so much more. I forgot a lot of the twists and they hit so good. You’ll particularly enjoy the politics and scheming. Plus the stakes are high, Brown isn’t afraid of the consequences for our characters and there’s a lot of moments where you’re like whyyyyyy but you understand both sides of things even if you hate it haha. GAH. IM SO EXCITED FOR YOU. I’m working on book 4 right now!

Ohhh The Rabbit Hutch is so good. I read it late last year/early this year, and it's one of the more memorable books I've read this year. Still think about it a ton! Edit: Had to edit because I saw you also picked up Bliss Montage. Wow, it's a killer short story collection, and I don't love reading short story collections.

Would love to see a Jim Butcher reading vlog! I've never read him, but would love to see your thoughts on the two you received from the publisher.

I loved the Furies of Calderon series, read the Dresden Files and really didn't like the books, I DNF'd after book like 7. I just reread the Calderon series and LOVED IT!! It was even better the second time knowing what happens.

I just finished my Galison Christmas puzzle. It wasn’t my favorite puzzle experience but I would still buy from them again. I treated myself to a Reverie Christmas puzzle & ordinary habit christmas puzzle as well 🤐

Extremely disappointing from Rick Riordan in the past 24 hours considering he made a very passive 'both-sides' post about the literal *genoc*de* in Palestine, and then ended the post by promoting his new book... (also in case you don't know Regan, Palestinian booktokers & allies have Pierce Brown on a no-buy list, after he posted stuff in the past few weeks which completely undermine the oppressor/oppressed themes of his own series that earned him his $$$$).

I LOVED the Furies of Calderon audiobooks, too!!! Still one of my favorite series, also!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
