I went to Peru lima and ecuardor but the Ceviche from Peru is something else it was amazing!!!!🤘🤘😘😘😘

A todos los ingenuos y negativos comentaristas: Deberian de sentirse orgullosos de alguien alrededor del mundo esta haciendo conocer al Peru y su gastronomia.Cada uno tiene una manera de preparar el ceviche,pero siempre respetando el basico concepto del plato.No sean chauvinistas ni ridiculos.Uds. dejan mal al pais con estos ridiculos comentarios.

Por qué llamarlo peruano? Si no lo es para nada!! Será delicioso, no lo dudo pero, no lo llames Peruano, quién no haya probado un ceviche peruano y prueba ese cuando prueben el verdadero dirán, que rayos es esto? Estando en USA tienen acceso a muchos ingredientes peruanos!! Era. Mejor llamarlo ceviche de la casa o nuestra creación de ceviche, pero NOOOO ceviche peruano, hasta mi esposo que es de otro país se quedó sorprendido viendo que le metían.

🇵🇪💯 ORIGEN DEL CEVICHE 💯🇵🇪 🇵🇪🐟Ceviche = Siwichi es una Palabra QUECHUA significa Pescado Fresco🐟 EL Origen del Ceviche es PERUANO Viene de ( LOS MOCHICAS ) Cultura de La Costa PERUANA Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, Trujillo y Lima. Hace 4000 años, en la costa norte del Perú, los pueblos que formaban la Cultura Moche preparaban un plato que fue el origen del actual Cebiche Peruano Este potaje tenía como ingredientes pescado fresco macerado en jugo de tumbo, una fruta de origen local y estaba acompañada de rodajas de ají mochero y varias hierbas. El tumbo fue uno de los primeros ingredientes para preparar este manjar. Los incas usaron chicha de maíz. Fueron los españoles que trajeron el limón y cebolla. los antiguos nativos de la Costa Peruana tenían la costumbre de comer el pescado semi crudo. También existen 🇪🇸crónicas de los conquistadores españoles que describen a los nativos de La Costa comiendo el pescado semi crudo con sal y ají. 🇲🇽El cronista Mexicano Pedro Gutiérrez de Santa Clara también escribió en sus “Guerras Civiles del Perú” (1544-1548), que los nativos del Perú comían pescado semi crudo con fruta ácidas. Lo ÚNICO que Los Españoles trajieron es LIMÓN y CEBOLLA. y ahí fue que al tiempo se utilizan eso pero hay lugares del Norte Costa PERUANA que también aún hacen el ceviche clásico época de LOS MOCHICAS 💯❤️🤍❤️
