Hi everyone! I'm so excited to bring you a seafood dish. Everyone has been asking in the comments what they should do to turn fish into an authentic Italian recipe and Pesce Primavera it is.

Ingredients-
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 ounces white mushrooms, sliced (about 2 ½ cups)
3 cups broccoli florets or 1 ½ cups each broccoli and cauliflower florets
2 large carrots, cut into thin matchsticks
1 celery rib, cut into ½-inch-thick slices
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 tilapia fillets
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ cup (1 ounce) freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

❤❤❤ Crazy idea 💡 but it would be AMAZING if you branded your own cookware in a signature color with "love, love, love" on them, or maybe just your most-used pan & pot. Always curious as to what cookware brands you're currently using (please share with us fans!) 🙂 I'm sure so many of us would love to have your cookware - it'll be like you're cooking with us in our own homes 🥰

Yes!!! I’ve asked multiple times what cookware she uses. But she never responds. I know she’s a very busy person but I’d love if she communicated with us. Especially when we have questions. ❤❤❤ I went out and bought that chopper she’s always using and I love it.

Yessss I love this idea & I would definitely buy! She could go by a color scheme like the Pioneer Woman, you can pick her merch out easy, you automatically know it’s hers by the design & color scheme. Teresa could use Italian colors, green, white, & red…… il Tricolore 🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬
