@@SaraStankovic-fc7ib Evrovizija nije grand festival, neka ide kod Saše Popovića pa neka peva na grand festivalu ili pod šatorom sa Vučećem i Bajom malim knindžom svoje smeće četničke i tobože "patriotske" pesme, muka nam je od tog lažnog patriotizma. Bitno da je za ovu državu najveći izdajnik Marčelo, koji govori i naziva stvarina onakvim kakve zaista jesu, ali Marčelo je izdajnik, Partibrejkersi i Goblini takodje, a ova koja nije ni rodjena kada je bio rat, niti videla rata peva nam o Kosovu i poziva na rat sa tim albansko-bugarskim melosom i ruralnim vokalo, ut to cura očajno peva uživo, za dočeg nove godine je bila grozna, a od Vučića dobila 100 i nešto hiljada eura NAŠIH PARA, tako da bitno je samo taj kič i šund i urlanje da ne pošaljemo, samo ne lažnog patriotu.

Great analysis, very insightful. I agree that last year's Serbian performance was very good. Luke Black was out of the box, my personal no. 2, after the amazing Aijā. This year I think Teya Dora might be a good choice. This song is intimate, touching, makes me feel things. And there aren't any similar songs chosen by other countries by now (except France I think but I'm not a fan) so Teya Dora has a pretty good chance to stand out with delicacy, intimacy and subtleness. Than you can’t Say “it’s not good for Eurovision”, it not good for her maybe, but you just do not like because he is singing about bombing, especially because it mostly refers to 1999, but you could also think about people on Middle East or current situation about Palestine.

@@stenxx the song is very poorly produced and I dislike the champaign she's doing and the atmosphere she's making. It is not a good song for Eurovision, especially when there are at least 5 songs that would be a better choice.

Biggest haul that used to host Beovizija before Sava centar was shout down is still in reconstruction :) Only Congress center part is open. Reconstruction will finish in June this year so next Nation Final will again be in front of big audience 😊 Belgrade arena is simply to big for nation finals with 25k people. Although mwe already had music awards MAC in arena multiple times and it was full, RTS should consider that as well since interest for Eurovision is always high in Serbia

Love your video. By the way, RTS doesn't have a monay for Sava center, because tests, rehersals should go for months. That is extremely expensive.

Let's pause for a moment and remind ourselves that Konstrakta in 2022 wasn't even a contender to win PZE up until her live performance. Not even one esc youtuber had put her on some top list. I even checked out BalkanGuy's channel and he also had Zorja Angelina and SaraJo as favorites for the win. Soooo... I try to resist all the hype that esc community is tryng to force on us. Let's speak after the semifinals. ❤

I only reacted to Zorja Angelina and Sara Jo because they were the fan favourites. But when I listened to all the songs Konstrakta was immersed in my Top 4. And I remember telling everyone they need to watch out for her bcs that type of song could do really well

I can only see zorja win eurovision and konstrakta in the top 5, in my opinion teya dora will flop… and breskvica could end up in top 15 with a strong diaspora voting I finished watching the whole video now and wow I really had goosebumps when you were talking about ramonda... I think in the end the performance will change everything and I hope so much that teya has a strong performance and voice because I would love to feel the song as much as all the others do

I just think there are too many songs. I have not dared to listen much since I have felt so overwhelmed. Konstrakta is good and memorable and Teya Dora sweet. Zorja and Bresvica are with hooks. I am not sure I have heard a ESC winner here, though. However, you are so enthusiastic it is contagious...

Everyone has their own personal taste but if we want to talk about strategy, I would go with Teya Dora *if* she can deliver on a strong but vunerable vocal, which I am hearing mixed reviews on so won't know until we hear it live. OR go with Konstrakta because she will most likely get high placement with her high concept. The other artist I think that can deliver a good result is Zorja because that song is really something and I can't wait to see her sing it live. It might not be a winning song but I think it can also yield a high placement just due to the sheer vocal acrobatics. But I am afraid Breskvica is going have a huge advantage. She is super popular that her song views is blowing everyone out the water now. It isn't even close...

I was watching a podcast where they explained that the reason why they aren't able to hold PZE somewhere else is because it would be too expensive to rent out a place like that for like a month where contestants would rehearse.

Let’s not forget. This Eurovisionworld poll and all these vids on youtube are majority from non serbs. At the end of the day only Serbians will vote in PZE, not the Eurofans outside the borders. Breskvica is massive in Serbia, you can see that in her views too. Jury can f up her result tho. I absolutely love her choice for this style of a song since it is representative of Serbia so no I’m not disappointed that she’s not sending a song like „Do gole Koze“ or „Drift“. Teya Dora’s song is good but for me personally a „Dzanum“ light. And her vocals are not it, I’ve seen her live.

Serbia have only two options : Zorja - probably will be one of the best vocal on eurovision or Konstrakta if she has an interesting and memorable performance with some WTF moment like hand washing last time :) With Breskvica/Teya Dora only 15-20 place, both songs are good but hardly will do anything outside Serbia.

Ko ce glasati za zorju u polufinalu, jesi poludeo ti? U polufinalu samo publika glasa, dok u finalu (ako prodje) upravo sa njom cemo sigurno biti 15-20. Razumem da si njen bot ali budi realan

PZE won't be held in some arena any time soon, because RTS would have to occupy that space for over a month because of rehearsals, and they dont want to spend that much money. Also money from the tickets would not be enough to cover the costs. And no arena is free for a whole month. For Eurovision yes, but not for PZE every year. That's what PZE organiser has said.

Unfortunately Olivera already explained about Sava Centar. It was sold and it would cost too much RTS to rent Sava Centar for days (for rehearsals) and quality of sound and performances would not be as good as in RTS studio (whole equipment would need to be transferred and adapted in short amount of time). Also Kosutnjak creates special, intimate atmosphere for contestants where they feel safe and they can really showcase their talent. Arena has basketball games all the time so Arena would also be impossible.

I always have the opinion that if they want to do it, they would find a way. If national finals like Melodifestivalen and UMK can do it in the biggest arenas in their countries, why couldn't RTS make it possible in at least Sava Centar. Plus at Eurovision they will perform in front of a big audience so it's better they prepare in front of an audience at the national final too

@@TheBalkanGuy Yes, we will see. Plava Dvorana will be done in June, it is getting renovated. Contestants love the food and kitchen at Kosutnjak RTS studio, they are already talking about it all the time and not getting out of the studio 😂😂😅😅 so we will see what people at RTS decide. It is very possible if PZE gets even more popular this year.

Breskvica is massive mostly among teenagers, who are not into the Eurovision that much, so I don’t think she will win a televote. I think Konstrakta and Teya will be on top. Zorjas voice is amazing, but the song is boring. My personal favs are Konstrakta, Filip and Teya, but also I love Marko, Iva Lorens, Kat Dosa and Filari as well. The thing I hate about Zejna is her trip that she’s not respected as a Roma, and that she never gets points because of that, and thats the nonsence, because our only ESC winner - Marija Serifovic is Roma too. It’s bad picture of Serbia as a racist country, that she tries to place, it’s not ok. And thats why she sings about herself and a color of her skin, which is very cringey, if you ask me. I don't think she's tripping about it. Literally last year she got so much hate and bullying online for being Roma when she was one of the favourites to win. I don't think we should undermine someone's experience they face with discrimination.

Breskvica je podigla veliku prasinu na dm. Mislim da ce biti prva kod publike, a ziri ce biti podeljen izmedju ostalih favorita, tako da postoji mogucnost da pobedi. Jedino ako se ziri ne dogovori koga ce forsirati.

Hm, mislim da nisi u pravu sta se tice Breskvice. Bas cenim da pesma predstavlja Srbiju, sto bih svaka pesma na PZE trebala. Takodje ima jaku poruku! Mislim da Breskvica nebi pobedila ali bih sigurno bila u top 10. Licno mislim da su nase najjace Pesme za PZE: Teya, Zorja, Konstrakta i Breskvica, svejdeno ko pobedi, bila bih srecna :)

Absolutno se ne slažem da svaka pjesma treba na neki način da predstavlja Srbiju. Npr Molitva nije imala nikakav nacionalni element i pobjedila je ESC. Po meni je bitno da pjesma predstavlja tog umjetnika. Da Srbija šalje etno svake godine svima bi dosadilo.

I really hope that Serbia will stop participating at this english singing, radiofriendly, and more and more political contest!! I am proud about our national PZE it shows again and again our musical and artist potentials in serbian language and our one culture!! So called contest didnt deserve our musical gifts and stagings we are sending to them year by year!
