Barry I often Find that if you use Quick Ball playing CBs are able to quickly disable smaller Strikers like Mbappe or just strikers with Bad touches in the box... but the weakness they have is that they can run pass like a missile and proceed to miss the tackle... So having another strong Slow CB with High awareness helps cover the gaps.

Holding the ball like you did at the end, that is the only thing that matters in the game right due Tight possesion. There 2 type of players right now, the ones that carry/hold the ball & shoot and then the rest. I just cannot do it. 🤷‍♂️

Patience is key in defence. Call for pressure is risky but worth it, better risk and learn than boil your blood. 😅

It works better in the box, I feel that's where high defensive awareness comes into effect.

I just make my defence run into the gaps and it does work at times. Ive got also got the switch player thing on manual. So once I get used to that I should be ok. 😂

Great tutorial, but the game has gone back to aggressive defending by holding pressure button and match up. More satisfying to defend like you say by covering passing lanes and reading opponents turns and dribbling. Maybe add what you use button wise and when you press it. Like when to push match up or call for pressure. 👍

There are people that seems their player wins every loose ball... also How to counter the fake shoot or super cancel shoot...? Cuz the player stay like "dumb" sometimes specially with people who does fake shoot every 2 seconds

Just have one super Strong CB and Pair him with a CB that can Pass out from the Back with a Little bit of Pace.... Example: Sule + Tomiyasu, De Ligt + Militao, It also helps to play 1 More CB player at RB or LB like Kounde or Pavard.. your defence will be unstoppable... On the other flank you can get an Offensive LB/RB like Hakimi

I do manual I promise you it’s a game changer. I play on mobile and do concede but that’s cuz I’ve just started using manual. But it feels better and like you’re in more control of the players

Put man marking on your wings/forwards on his LB and RB, change your (sub) formation to a more offensive formation (4123 iso 4213 etc) and put more team aggresion in game (1 or 2 red bars)

In theory it works on the pitch it would when the cursor would change on time or at all to the correct team mates 😂😂 stupid scripting is killing it P.s is still dont get the pressure command 😂 it just lets your player run towards the ball without control. Unnecessary. Also if you have many legends in your team or paid money the whole team will defend automatically. Thats BS
