I have some suggestions to increase your quality of material. You have all facilities needed for washing. You also have separated green and white plastic bottles. You have two workers for loading. Use them correctly. First suggestion. Make three side close iron box. Put near machine. Put the pet in that box. You will save time , .. machine will take automatically. Try it. Second suggestion. You purchase some 50 liter plastic drum for transportation of bottles . Third suggestion. It's very important. .... You put neck cutting machine of pet bottles . Either manual or automatic. You have two workers. Let them cut the neck and put bottles in plastic drum. You transport bottles from plastic drum to box of machine directly. After cuttings neck the seal of cap will separate automatically. Either you use this as garbage or sell it . You will get high quality pure plastic. For cuttings neck use coconut cutting by hand or use padding system or automatic system. You can sell your pure plastic granules at high prices, Keep green and white separately for good prices. I have giving you idea how to save water. You play on water, make transfer of water from last drum to second drum, from second drum to first drum. Normally people use water in first drum but reverse the process. Water will continuously come to second drum to first drum. Second How to remove water .... Water you remove from below part of third drum and push to top of part of second drum. Third Put the iron net upto top in straight drum , ....give slightly slant to drum , put wood below drum for slant. Dust will get collected automatically near net and will move automatically from drum with water. This net portion of drum is very important , here below part, you fix the tap for transferring water to another drum. Fourth.... If you are using any chemicals or shop in rotating drum, keep it second drum. Reason first drum will wash all dust from plastic because water is continuously coming and going out all dust will get washed automatically. I hope you will understand what I want to say. I have planned very good machine for separating garbage, I can't explain, I can draw and show. This machine will change the garbage Industry. The price of garbage will be raised. At present the converbelt separation is not good. The same amount of labor can do much better work. You use wood cutting machine for cuttings neck.
