Do people actually think that cloning is bringing the original back? It’s a clone. Basically a twin. Not the same dog. It would be a lot cheaper to just go to the store and buy the same breed again…

I love my cat, but know he's nothing special, just an orange striped cat I adopted from the shelter. If I cloned him, the kitten wouldn't have the same personality. I'd rather save the money, and give another kitty a pampered life. And these clones aren't really identical copies, the mitochondria comes from the egg, so would be different.
