I’m a fan of the Seahawks, NY Rangers, Raptors and Blue Jays, I totally get what your saying, half of my teams haven’t even won anything in my lifetime but I still stick with them simply because I love the teams

I had to suffer Chiefs losing seasons and the Chiefs being 1st round exits before the Mahomes era.

I’ve been a fan of the Chiefs since 2005. Had to wait til 2020 to see the Chiefs win a Super Bowl been a St. Louis Cardinals fan for my whole life I had to wait for 9 years to see them win 2 World Series’ 2006 vs the Tigers and 2011 vs the Rangers also seen them lose twice to the Red Sox in 2004 and 2013. Been an OU Football fan since 2004 and had to witness them lose 2 National Championships and get knocked out of the CFP 4 times. 2015-2016 2017-2018 2018-2019 and 2019-2020.

My biggest pet peeve I have is when people say that their team is better just because their team has more rings even if your team accomplished in recent times they still act arrogant to say “we’re still better just because more rings” when what matters more is which team is doing better right now

Late reply but it’s my biggest pet peeve when it comes to not sports but just rooting for teams. I’m sick of all these fanbases flexing ancient rings. They don’t mean anything to anyone else but that team. They probably didn’t even witness one of them. And teams even flex if they have one more ring than another team. It’s so stupid and there is no logic behind it.

Am a fan of the Vikings, Timberwolves, Wild and Padres. None of my teams have ever won anything but I will forever stick with them. Loyalty over bandwagon.
