This backup use for System Launcher on Xiaomi and Redmi, Poco use Poco Launcher different System Launcher so can not work on Poco, sorry.

You certainly did not skip any steps, this solution applies to most Xiaomi devices except Poco, if it still doesn't work, I'm sorry.

It worked on mi 11 ultra miui 14.0.3. Thing is though it's pointless! I already. Had different folders as that comes with Indian version and the animals thing only works with classic home screen, which is useless! Using an app drawer, you can't have the animals. So personally it's a waste of time

It can’t use on Poco device because Poco use Poco Launcher, Xiaomi and Redmi running System Launcher. Poco launcher different System launcher, sorry.
