Hey guys! I learned my lesson by doing research that there is no such thing as an easy pet. My parents won’t let me get hamsters and I was confused but they are a lot of work too!

I was too stupid before and had put my bun bun on his back, his legs suddenly didn't work like they were limping. And his head was tilting upward and weak, he had like a seizure at midnight and his eyes were closed; I stayed awake to constantly check on him. I gave him water via dropper, and his teeth were continuously involuntarily chewing hay. I made sure he was hydrated and I'm glad he recovered the next day. I regret that day I did that. *Guys, please never do something dangerous to your pets out of curiosity.*

I did that too but after watching this I just put him on all 4s and let him sit in my lap CORRECTLY good thing I saw this (It has been about 6 or 7 months since my bunny died and now he is resting in heaven AND MY DANG STEP DAD WAS GOING TO PUT MY BUNNY'S DEAD BODY IN A TRASH BAG but we buried him and now he is in little bunny heaven hopping on clouds :>)

There was this teenage girl who impulse bought a rabbit and I tried to tell her rabbits are so much work!! And told her to please research and I mentioned to watch you for information. She was very close minded and just gave me attitude back saying “she’s has a bunny before” I joined her livestream and she was grabbing her rabbit when she’d only had it for 2 days and she hadn’t even built a bond with it! Obviously it had a tiny petstore cage and I told her rabbits need to be free roamed, have a room or a big ex pen. She blocked me and told me I was insane :)

in the beginning when you said “im already having a mental breakdown” i felt that so hard! i have been having meltdowns, worse than usual the past few days and my rabbit felt it. AND I KNOW SHE DID BC SHE WAS BEING MORE DESTRUCTIVE THAN USUAL! once i called down , so did she and comforted me. my little sweet girl, bunnies are so amazing ❤️

My bunny passed away 😭 he was bitten by our neighbors dog. The dog came through the open door and it was happening so fast 😡 he made it for a few months after the accident, we went to the vet and he gave him some meds but my rabbit was already 8 years old so his organism wasn’t strong enough. I miss him so much he gave me so much joy 💔

The bunny mistaken sex thing happened to me too, and I'm a vet. It's so hard to tell when the buns are very young that often there's a mixup. I already had a spayed female bun, so I wanted to get her a male companion. I picked out my bun, the center confirmed he was definitely a boy, I checked anyway, was convinced he was a boy. Even at his first vaccinations, which I did not do myself, my colleague said "Yep, he's a boy." So when it came to getting him neutered we went to the pre-op consultation, colour us surprised when we realized, "He's got no testicles." Oops. So now we have a bunny with a boys name who's definitely a girl.

Haha, Ive been watching Lennon, and the rabbit from onemoreplease, and got my bun a couple of months ago. She was on gumtree (UK buy/sell site) for only £10 as the old owners didnt want her anymore, and we have no idea why as she is an angel! Loves petting, cuddles up to us and licks us constantly!

Me too I wanted to get a bunny but my mom wanted to get a cage so I quickly show her Lennon's channel then she gave my rabbit free roam😊 but in the end my m decide to get play pen and put the Bunny in the play pen when we are out or sleeping

@@urmom-qy3li that's smart. You don't want to come home to a fried bun that found a tasty cord to chew. You could also get a roomy 2-3 tier hutch to put indoors and keep him or her in that overnight or for short periods and leave it open the rest of the time. They like to have a smallish space to chill in. It's like their den. My mom had one shipped to me and it's sooooo nice. She found ot for a steal on Wayfair or Overstock.

It honestly annoys me how many times I have had to sit there and tell someone not to bathe their rabbits and put them in water and it angers me even more when their reply is always "It's my rabbit not yours" well then take care of your rabbit!! So I deeply sympathize with you when you say you need to keep reminding people.

I used to bathe my rabbit due to lack of knowledge but then figured out not to (Unless his paws are dirty I used a wet washcloth on his paws) He got crap on his paws because he is free roam

7:50 my new bunnies are escape artists too. they can’t slip thru the bars of the pen, but since they’re still babies and we didn’t realize the pen we got was gonna be so short(like 2 ft tall), they’ve been using their hidey house/ carrier as leverage to be able to jump out of the pen, but for some reason it’s only when we’re downstairs and we go into another room.

Bathing rabbits is like bathing a cat with anxiety. They can clean themselves and unless they have fleas or are special needs you shouldn’t bathe them.

I had a bun when I was younger that only had two legs so I had to was her. Just put her in a tray of shallow room temp water and slowly washed her with a flannel and give lots of treats. She lived until she was 11 ~

Thank you for calling people out who are disrespecting bunnies and need to respect bunny culture. My bunny used to escape from the pen when she was a baby but i used cardboard to block the spaces so she wouldn´t get stuck. Now my bunny Kaia is a free roaming bunny thanks to your channel. We both love watching Lennon the bunny together

Basically, you need to support the bunny's rump and hind legs, and grasp him firmly but gently around his chest, then hold him, gently and securely, so that his front faces your body. ... Although it's adorable, it's surprisinglyone of the worst things you can do to a bunny

@@cleopatraprodromou8863 the problem is,if you know what can happen to the bunny when people do that (aka it dying of shock) if the person does that a lot you kinda get upset because the person is literally playing with a life. + she isn't even insulting them,she's literally saying it's wrong to do that and is triggered that a person who names themselves "responsible pet owner" doesn't know basic shit and could potentially be the death cause of the bunny some day. (yes her attitude can be annoying because she seems to have this "omg..I can't" phase mixed with pokimane syndrome but that's nothing we should judge.if that's how she turned out to be then that's that.)

This is off topic... I like to look at all the shelter animals on their website(just cuz) and I scrolled down and their were 89 RABBITS! And just think about all the other animals too like dogs and cats and guinea pigs etc. It's so sad : ( I wish I could adopt them all but I already have a bunny and it took long enough to convince my parents to get her.

You post in Facebook saying whatever reasonable why you are giving your pet or pet's babys away, then u write about age, sex, relationship with other animals and/or humans and if u will give away the things you already have as well. That wasn't the way I adopted my cat and dog (my cat just fell of the roof in front of my grandma and she thought my sis would like the cat), but they are. My fish and guinea pigs are store bought because people usually don't give away either one of them in my region. I don't have rabbits, but I do love the channel especially beause it's not that different to care for bunnys and guinea pigs (Which are actually from South America AND aren't pigs, misleading name I know).

About the first tik tok video: When you said "I know you Lennys would never bathe your rabbits cause you know better" well on Instagram I found this account that literally bathe their rabbit and put a very not so nice caption with words I rather not repeat. I was scrolling threw their page and they literally posted a photo of you guys captioning it "We love lennonthebunny!" Which I find absolutlely annoying since they literally bathed their rabbit and told people not to complain since their rabbit was perfectly fine when they also support a channel that doesnt support bathed bunnies.
