hahah try working under him. we used to laugh at the way he explains thngs but the more learn the more im appreciative to have him as a resource i can reach out to about training athletes properly but yeah the terminalogy can be intimidating

Worked with him 5 years its a lot to digrst so id suggest taking his L1,L2 course, once you grasp it, it's a game changer
