K1 in the 90’s and early 2000’s is what made me fall in love with kickboxing. It was the most ferocious and talented sport at the time.

What a legend, so many good memories. I went to K-1 at the Ajax stadium and Bob Sapp dropped out of a fight against Ernesto Hoost. Peter was in the crowd and they asked him to stand in. I saw him fighting Hoost live. Although it seemed like more of an exhibition as Peter was not there originally to compete. Still an amazing experience. Also saw Remy Bonjansky!

son of probably the greatest k-1 heavyweight champion of all times ! Peter Aerts was never my favorite k-1 fighter but I always consider him as one of the all times top 3 best heavyweights in K-1 history ! Good luck young Aerts 💪🏾 keep up the good work !

I've been a passionate kickboxing fan for decades, and Peter Aerts has always been my favorite, for me he is the rock of resilience. I wish there were more discussions about Badr Hari, as he is also among the favorites. Sending love from Pakistan 🇵🇰

Great to see a K-1 Legend the one and only MR Peter Aerts and his son is the double of him I can remember the day Peter found out about the sad news of the legend himself Andy Hug Peter was so upset to the point he broke down in tears so I take it they must of been very close friends great interview

Your father is a LEGEND of K1, and one of the early fighters who made K1 famous. And now a funny fact, I remember a video with Peter, you and your sister when kids, you were both punching him 😅 That was too funny

I work in Netherlands since a few years ago. It's the cleanest country I've ever seen, and I've seen a few, very nice people. Very serious, very responsible. I see them all the time jogging, riding bikes, no matter if winter or summer. Very pozitive energy, very healthy people and tall as hell. Although their language is what you call "impossible", more than 90% of them speak English very well. Love that country.

I hope to fight in the best organisation in 2 years! It depends on what organisation will be the biggest by then. Currently I’m fighting on 85 kg, maybe in a few years I will be a heavyweight😁
