@Q12366 At the risk of sounding like I am defending Biden (which I most definitely am not), the rules of the debate stated that both parties would be given a blank notepad by CNN to make notes during the debate. Several times you could see Biden writing notes. I'd like to call cheater as much as the next guy, but i don't believe this was.
