I wish professors in medical schools explained concepts like this. Only if i had seen this video 5-6 years ago, i would have never struggled in high school, bachelors, and in medical school 😂😂

Im super into my fitness but this type of talk is so amazingly boring. Nobody needs that much detail. Just tell us what workout is best for fast twitch and slow twitch. And why ne need both. These you tube gurus do this all the time.

There are a million videos talking about that, the truth: nobody knows, we have informed guesses about training strategies, this kind of conversation is needed to understand the processes in our muscles.
