The 589 cab looks like CRAP ! And no more 389's being made. Real swift move PACCAR. Thank GOD for the W~9 KW !

Nice unit, 'bout time somebody built a truck to fit a big guy. I'm a bit over 6'6" and 218lbs with a size 13.5 shoe, the wider cab is great, but for a taller guy the legroom is what really makes the difference. To this point the most roomy cab is a Western Star 49X, this 589 looks like it's at least as roomy as the Star.

@@thomaskirk9341 We just had a guy ask if we could do a 10” on a Western Star. This cab is way bigger. Both trucks were side by side and he is ordering a new 589 short hood from us. Building a dump truck. We won’t be doing any Western Star cabs.

You do great work fit and finish is a 10 !!!!! And I don't know what it costs to get done ? But I'm 6'4 and pretty much just about every single truck that I get in day cab style/dump truck I find myself having to put the seat all of the way back and it's still not enough for me !! The decline all of the way back don't get it that being said do you can you actually do a true cab extension or is just the way this one is done just wondering because this is a big problem for alot of drivers thanks for your time
