Great golf from you two on a tough track. Has helped my enjoyment of the open. Just a pity it wasn't all out before day 1 of the open for comparison purposes.

Excellent work guys. Cheeky of Rick to suggest the scoreboard updates on the big screens! I like the running scorecard in the corner, nice touch. Lucky devils playing the course so close to the Champ. Pigs in ****

Great video as always! Did you find the mats moved at all before you made contact with the ball changing the flight or shape of the shot? Thanks!

TheWildeyeWillie good players strike the ball first and ground later so the mat wouldn't move until the ball is already struck and on path 👍 my question would be if it felt weird being higher than level ground, generally ball above your feet can promote more draw than flat so I wonder if that was a factor at all..

Very true! I can imagine the height would make a difference for sure. I was more curious about if the ball was struck "fat" really. Even good players will hit a chunky ball every now and then.

not in this case I think, but even a slightly heavy contact can skid into ball making it hard to tell 100%

Victor Groot Hendriks if I remember correctly...they do not allow people to do instruction videos on aim point...as they make their money (aim point) from people paying to attend the courses

lol its load of rubbish money making stuff :) jack nicklaus would laugh at it tbh. would not put it past them to be paying the players to do the silly aimpoint routine then when people see players doing it they pay for their silly courses.

hmmmmm Tommy Fleetwood, Justin Rose etc etc seem disagree. I would recommend trying it first before calling it rubbish

Played from wrong tee on eleven the proper tee was further back and to the right.Real tee was 308 yards to front of the right hand sand trap. Wednesday practice round wind was from the left all players using irons from tee

All those people making negative comments about your use of Aim Point. Are just bitter because their own putting is so poor! If something genuinely helps you improve your putting. Then who cares what others think about it. Putting is 1 of the hardest aspects to golf! How many otherwise great ball strikers have we seen fail on tour..? Because they could never make enough putts. Some people even consider putting a game unto itself. All the more reason to be open to unconventional methods to improve your putting!

Fellas, what’s up with the clothes you are all wearing? I really enjoy all of you and your individual approaches. The clothes look you went through my closet and pulled things from random sports then matched them to resemble a golf bag. Step up . Try looking like a golfer. Traditional meets modern fabrics. The things you’re wearing are kinda silly. Pete shirt is a perfect example of a “golf-bagger”. Especially from any backside angle
