The brand new Winnebago + Adventure Wagon camper van is a versatile, modular, and capable option for someone looking for a new camper van. Abby Holcombe has been traveling full-time in the Winnebago + Adventure Wagon for the last month and graciously takes me on a tour of this 4x4 Sprinter mini home on wheels. She has a real-world view that only spending time traveling in a van can offer.
It's also exciting as Abby has spent the last 9 years traveling full-time nomadically in various Sprinter camper vans with her parents #Famagogo. But this Winnebago + Adventure Wagon is her first van to have on her own. She continues this nomadic lifestyle as an adult and professional whitewater kayaker in this great van.

$150k is a lot of money. I get that. I think you will find these for much less when you look at street prices at dealers. They are too new to say for sure yet what that will be. The market will dictate that. But, I don't think your can find anything with the interior, bed, electrical, insulation, warranty, ready to go on a NEW 4x4 Sprinter for even close. I know most quality DIY builds will be 6-12 months of build time and end up about the same cost or much more. There is a huge value in getting a ready to travel/live in vehicle from the first day you get it. Also the Winnebago + Adventure Wagon is a great starting platform for further modifications and making it perfect for you. Great for someone who wants to build some but not worry about the basics like insulation, bed structure and floor/walls/ceiling and ventilation/windows. But there are many ways to go and I'm sure you will hone in on what build is best for you. Thanks for watching!

It’s a lot, yes. But it’s all worth it. We just got our 2023 revel. We love it. More upgrades are coming soon.

I've seen them online for $120K for the smaller single rear tires 4 x 4, so like most there is negotiations.

This van is really nice. I am curious, I know something was said about fitting an 8 foot kayak inside the 144 van, can a 12-14 foot touring kayak fit inside? cant seem to find exactly how much interior length it has.

Thanks for the great video. The plug in to recharge the EcoFlow that you show at 7:46, is that an external outlet on the van? Did it come standard or did you have to add it?

Hey, Thanks for watching. The external outlet on the side of the van is a standard option from Winnebago. This then charges the Eco-Flow.

Abby, could you give me some info on your roof rack. I assume it is a Black River from Summit Products. I’m particularly interested in the crossbars. It appears that they are shorter than on your Dad’s Revel, which is what I’m looking for.

That's a great question. I don't have access right now to look. Check your local Winnebago dealer, They should be able to give you a quick answer.

Without flares and at 5’8” can you sleep sideways?

You might be able to but it would be tight if you sleep on your back. Going a tad diagonal could help. The Winnebago + Adventure Wagon has a north/south bed that is king size. It’s wonderful.

I sleep north/south in my bed in my adventure wagon. I’m sure shorter people could set up the bed to sleep east/west if they wanted though.

She's a "brand ambassador". Probably doesn't own it or has a super low lease payment in return for videos like this and other promo work she might do on the road. Just guessing.
