@@PeterIsesele Peter sometimes I really get tired. I really want to get to Canada. I have gotten lots of admission in the UK since 2019. Been sending emails seriously to supervisors since November 2022 for MSc in Mechanical Engineering. It's really tough. Especially knowing in Nigeria our studies are usually course based than research. I have a very high 2.1 and an MBA but I want to get funding for MSc in Canada. I'm tired.

Hi Peter, I have found a supervisor, but she didn't ask for my transcripts, she didn't ask for an interview, no phone call no nothing, yet I had some questions for her, she just said I should apply that she will supervise me, what will I do?

Hello Peter, thank you so much for all the valuable contents. Some schools will say prior commitments with a supervisor is not compulsory but it is advisable you contact a supervisor. In this scenario, pls what do you advise? Thank you.

You can apply directly.. Although you will have more chances if you can contact a supervisor

Please, Mr. Peter, i know the Professor must be the last on the publication but when you click on the research work and the number on it is superscript 4 can i still use that research to speak to the Professor. Thank you.

hello Peter I received an offer of acceptance, I paid for the deposit and I am ready to apply for my study permit. my sponsor is a family friend and Bank statement i will be using is available and i would like you to help me out with the documentation i have attach to the proof funds. What are the documents i will need to attach and how would i prove my relation with this family friend

You can't prove a relationship with a family friend. The best option will be to try and do an affidavit of sponsorship

You have to get another professor in that faculty. At times, you don’t have to dwell on one professor cos there’s no time if you applying late. Do not put all your eggs in one basket

I am asking this because some schools don't show clearly which staff members are part of the research team.

If they are adjunct professors, don't send them email. You can email others
