I wish my mom had been this kind to me. She smoked, so I was born underweight and with asthma. She never ate either. A lesson to soon to be mom's. Do what is best for your baby, and your body. Because it's not just you that suffers the effects. If you love your baby, take care of yourself too, and it'll be just fine.
