As someone who does yoga and pilates for years, i can tell u that both make u stronger than ppl doing nothing and makes u flexible, but the strength u get from strength training isnt comparable. Its called strength training for a reason. Yoga & pilates however activates deep muscles strength training dont & u wont realize untill u do both of them and realize u feeling muscle burns from muscles u didnt even know was there. 🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️

Yes, Pilates classes are always booked! But for a lot of studios spaces open up the day of so you can check on a day you want to go and see if any slots are open at that time. Agreed that there needs to be balance but dem eva deh pon trends so everybody seh Pilates nowadays 😆
