Pour 12 petits pains on a besoin de :
150g de semoule fine
100g de farine
200ml d'eau tiède
1 cuillère à soupe pas pleine de levure boulangère
5g de sucre
5g de sel
1 cuillère à soupe de smen (beurre clarifié)
Décorations:
