The original video in the corner is not mine, I am only watching it, and sharing what I think of it with you guys, because I want everyone to be able to see things that inspire me, or scare me, or making me sad. Things that makes me feel something, to be correct. I love making these videos because they are helping me a lot. The point that amazes me the most is that Glennis is the first artist who has the same sing quality as Whitney and she isnt even trying. And that is for me mindblowing, something i would never dream about or imagine. And also, the way Glennis is singing this, it is only at Whitney at her prime of her carreer. not her last years, where her beautifull voice took the wrong turn, because of the drugs abuse.

In the Netherlands we've known Glennis Grace for over 20 years. We never took her that seriously. We never really knew how amazing she was. Now we see how the world reacts to her.. It's just beautiful to see.. Glennis Grace deserves to make it, big time and world wide! She deserves this, and the world deserves to know and enjoy this amazing woman.

I don't think we "never took her seriously". We all know what she can do, she does have a great voice, and we do recognise that. But in the end it's another Whitney Houston. Even Whitney herself had lost a lot of popularity by the time she died, we didn't need or want a replacement. So yeah, great voice, but the time of great voices like Withey Houston, Mariah Carey or Celine Dion has passed. Glennis is born 20 years too late to become a real star.

I never cried when I heard Whitney either but Glennis brings me to tears almost every song I hear her sing. She just has that tone in her voice that floods the eyes. I hope now she will win AGT and go on to worldwide glory like Jackie Evancho did except she came in 2nd.

I can't stop watching her perform this song. Glennis performs Whitney's song so amazingly well. I'm glad you felt her performance as well as I did Petra. She brings in the tear jerkers for sure. WOW!!! I must tell you every time I watch her sing this I have a different reaction every time. This time it hit me more from the emotional side. Why this young lady doesn't have a major record deal, is beyond me. I've been in the music business for a very long time as a producer, songwriter and have written songs for major artist and I can tell you that Glennis Grace moves me just like so many other great singers. Maybe even more. (The spirit of Whitney certainly runs all through Glennis) Bravo Petra for taking the time to play Glennis Grace on your KZfaq channel. :)

dear Petra is formidable and like me you too were moved to tears by the fantastic way of Glennis Grace my neighbor because she lives in the Netherlands 20 'from Belgium and she is an extraordinary person and delighted that the world is finally discovering her because she deserves it is 1000 times the glory of having raised alone her son who is now 15 years old and her him who told her that she had to realize her dream of singer and finally her fair share at 43 years old this year 2021 love forever. and she also did in 2017 american good talent. kiss from Belgium to Sweden..

The story of Glennis Grace is complicated she had started singing at the age of 6 and already she had an incredible voice then at 16 years old finally a 1st TV and she won wow because already she had Whitney Houston in the skin and the resemblance is just wow ... watch this video it's just wow it's her first cool tv ... Glennis Grace is 16 years old her first TV in the Netherlands she wins 1st prize for her English subtitles if you don't understand the Nederlands ok great emotion for me necessarily a real ray of sunshine forever love .... (for info: unfortunately after her she was less well because at 28 she gave birth to her son Anthony and had to stop singing to raise her children alone, and then at 11 his him who told his mom you sing too much well you have to take back your dream and at this age it inscribes it everywhere and she even has the talent of American goot in the USA and today is 43 years old finally she is recognized worldwide as a big star of the song and is in demand everywhere in the world and her son goes everywhere with her .. Her mother is white Dutch her father is African from Curacao, an island close to Venezuela. She was born in Amsterdam and has lived all her life in that city. She loves Holland. I have been there many times in the American military back in the early 60s so I understand why she loves her country. I wish I was living there now instead of the USA which will soon be a Third World country under Trump.

To my knowledge,at the age aof Glennis, Whitney was already a junk who couldn´t hit a note like Glennis anymore. A few years after her death she even was indirectly responsible for the death of her own daughter. If you want to compare, Whitney was a dumb ass bad mom. Glennis has also the better live voice and stage presense, seen them both live in concert. Greetz from the Netherlands

Glennis said when she was 9 years old, she heard Whitneys voice. She thought she was hearing an angel. From that day, she set out to sing like her. When 15, in 1994, she was on an "Idol" type show in her native Holland and won singing (I think) Didn't We Almost Have It All. Several yrs later, on Hollands Best Singers tv show, she sang "Afscheid" (Dutch for Goodbye) in her first language of Dutch and it became a #1 hit for her. Upon Whitneys passing, she and 3 other popular singers in Holland did a tribute concert to Whitney. It was so well received they ran with it and became the Ladys Of Soul, which became an elaborate stage production of singing classic hits from around the world. But no doubt, the high point of any show is Glennis singing a Whitney song.

Hi Petra, If you like a Whitney medley done by her, De Toppers Concert Royal Night of Disco 2016 Glennis Grace Whitney Houston Medley. Performed at a full soccer stadium in Amsterdam. The best sound quality is on the channel of Dominique Poulmarc'h. (with english subtitles). Because the original sounds way to overmodulated. Enjoy.
