This may be my favorite game. I try to emulate Petrosian and this game shows why. Somehow it's very satisfying to win the game by not even attacking but absorbing opponent's attack until they have no play left. No compliment ever has been more flattering than once in my chess club a strong player watched my game and said: "you played like Petrosian!". I couldn't stop smiling :)

The king is a fighting piece -- we just aren't used to seeing him start tussling so early, in the face of heavy enemy pieces swarming the flank.

Petrosian is stronger than Kasparov! Absolutely! Awesome game, thank you very much! Super heavy, stalwart purely positional play against Kasparov regular piece gifting and achieving mostly absolutely nothing than just resign after all! Awesome game, Petrosian is just a better player! Always felt that, always believed that! Here stronger than ever! Awesome game, really! :)

Imagine doing these King moves to Talk, he would be salivating. Kasparov should have been calm about these moves.

Even I saw bishop takes bishop as the immediate response to his king March. A foolish push that could have easily been punished in the long game

Then b5 pawn takes knight and both white rook and bishop are attacked, with no sensable defense and white looses a piece and has not any attack compensation. Think more before you talk.
