I am so jealous of your pizza as I just had some mixed berry yogurt. (teasing a little) I fold my pizza in the middle of the "bone" crust edge. Save the bone and dip in garlic butter....OMG. As always you are such a master class act especially how you treat people. I love how you are getting better with your challenges....!!!! Peace out!

You have absolutely smashed that one Max! 💪 This challenge definitely looks and sounds delicious 😋 I never heard of 00 flour before, I had to Google it! Basically it's powder like and extra soft. They say it's really good for pizza dough! So that makes sense! I definitely wanna try these pizzas! 😋 Also... To my knowledge that is a Stromboli, to be a Calzone it had to have ricotta cheese! 😉 Super fun video, always love when the chef comes out to explain the food, as well as having some more people cheering you on in the restaurant! 👌🍕

I predicted 15 minutes and you beat that. Good job! That pizza and calzone looked so good. I love when they're tossed by a good pizza tosser and spinner. It airs and dries the dough so the crust comes out nice and crisp. My toppings are always Italian sausage and mushroom. I like to dip my crusts in olive oil.

Yes! Bolognese on a pizza! Here we have a microwave pizza classic, that has a bolognese like meat sauce as a base. Once tried similar idea myself. It was delicious 😅

So a quick search says 00 = finer milled wheat good with wood-fired ovens. Never tried it, but it looks very good, very Italian-style traditional. Btw, six pints of Guiness? Yikes, good luck!
