How can I change the cockpit light Color from red to blue?

I have a 2008 from 2017 (1.6 hdi), but i dont know why i have an issue with the bluetooth. People’s who i call , all of them always hears me in echo while my phone is connected to the car. Do you know if there is any setting for this issue? Because i searched in menu, and i cannot find. Thank you!

At your personal hight adjustment, does the steering wheel block your vision of the dashboard? And how do you feel about the steering wheel being so small, doesn't it feel like a toy?
