on the video when you take off the indicator cover on the wing mirror it just pops off i;m trying to take mine off and the sides have came away but it seems to be clipped at the bottom any ideas? on a 207

Hi Adrian, thanks for the great video it is very helpful. one question though; do you have to remove door and disconnect the cable inside the door or can you skip this step?

+ysdxzupr The wire from inside the door it is for adjust the mirror. If is necessary to remove complete mirror you need to remove the cable, if you replace just the glass of the mirror you do not have to remove the cable.

Hi Adrian! great videos! y need to replace the right mirror. Is it possible to dismount the white soundproof and isolating panel without breaking it? is it glued right? which kind of glue does it has? Thank you very much. Kind regards. David.

You peel off insulation panel gently pulling it. The adhesive may be reused but must be careful null dirty . Thank you for the appreciations!

Hi Adrian! Nice video! I have to change my right side mirror (on 207), because it was broken. Why do I have to disconnect the mirror by removing te door panel? Why can't I just remove the mirror and put on the new one?

Hi! At 308 is necessary to remove the panel because you need disconnect the power plug (see 0:45). I'm not sure if on the 207 is the same location of the plug.

Iti multumesc pentru raspuns.poate nu am fost eu foarte clar.eu m-am referit la comenzile care actioneaza stergatorul,luminile,cele din spatele volanului,ci nu la blocul optic(far).oricum iti multumesc.

I have bought two new folding mirrors for my 207cc, unfortunately nobody seems to have the right end plugs to fit the car, is there a part we have to buy in order to refit them?

Adrian, how to fix creeky, squeaking sound from auto-folding mirrors on 308 2011? I have opened the mirror, but it seems like the motor is sealed in. Could not spray or greese it.

Try to spray WD40 over the motor and even over the parts that could be moving when the mirror is folded, I hope you get rid of noises.

¡¡thank you very much for you complete help and your video!! but my problem continue. My mirror is located in the Right side and there are the Temperature cable and cables and marks are diferents than the Left side of your video :( thank you very much friend.

+anderson palacio The procedure is the same as the mirror on the left. I know the morror from right side have temperature senzor, simply disconnect the old mirror jacks and then connect wiring to the new mirror. I say it is simple ;) Have a nice day!

Greath tutorial man. Do i have to remove all mirror because a have to change only a mirror cap. A try to take it off buy i can't do it its feel like have some bolts inside the mirror, have any ideas?

Hi, First you have to remove the mirror glass and then you can remove the cover. Be careful because you can break the mirror glass.

salut, super educational, iti multumesc. eu am un peugeot 308 verve la care am mici probleme. una dintre probleme ar fi sa schimb plasticul (de culoare rosie) de la oglinda din exterior deoarece sa spart cand alta masina venind din contrasens a lovit oglinda de oglinda mea. am nevoie de altceva afara de trusa cu accesorii + bineinteles un nou capac de plastic? mersi frumos.

Salut! Acea trusa ar trebui sa fie suficienta, doar trebuie sa scoti capacul vechi si sa-l montezi pe cel nou. Pe viitor intentionez sa fac un clip doar despre schimbarea acelui capac.

+danut chelner Salutare Danut. Nu am nici un cunoscut posesor de Citroen C4 pentru a face tutorialul. Planuiesc ca in urmatoarea perioada sa fac un clip pentru inlocuirea becurilor de far la 308. Sistemul de prindere a becurilor este asemanator, asa ca ar putea sa te ghideze un astfel de clip. Cu stima, Adrian

There are two options: function is disabled from the onboard computer or an electrical fault. I recommend you to go service.

Salut, Daca nu ma insel plierea automata a oglinzilor poate fi dezactivata numai cu Lexia - softul si interfata hardware pentru diagnoza Citroen.

Te rog Adrian ...am peugeot 407 1.6 hdi ...am tras de oglinda sa o rabatez și acum se mișcă în toate direcțiile..zici ca e rupta....ce se putea rupe în ea ? Și se mai poate repara ? Are vre un arc acolo ? Mulțumesc

Salut. Are un arc si un bolt care fixează arcul, e posibil sa fi sărit acel bolt. La fel de posibil e sa se fi rupt. Trebuie desfacut.

Salut. Presupun ca te referi la aditivul pentru filtru de particule. Nu prea am idee cum se completeaza acest aditiv, ar fi cel mai bine sa mergi intr-o reprezentanta.

Hello, the folding mechanism is supported by a screw, it may be unscrewed. You need to disassemble the mirror to fix it.

Hi Adrian! I have changed mu right side mirror, is very dificult to access to cable of temperature but i have already change thanks for your video. I have another cuestion. Today I see under capot floor dry oil but my oil level is full. Can you send my the same picture of your floor under capot? Is this oil in floor correct? Please check my picture with dry oil on floor (I am not sure that this is oil) :www.dropbox.com/s/7k4j7hbvxjw7a3x/2015-11-16%2020.35.02.jpg?dl=0 The red circle in picture is the plastic floor under the engine (I think I need to go to mechanic but in my parking floor I dont see oil and level of oil in car is very full) Thank you brother for your help with me.

+anderson palacio From what I see there, it seems like that is not dry oil. I think it's soundproofing material.
