Hey Guys, DVF Automotive for another video, today i took another car from my work and this is a Peugeot 3008 with the 1.6 Turbodiesel engine with 115bhp, in this video i do the first test drive to see if the car runs good and if everything works properly.
This car is very nice for a family, it drives incredibly good for a SUV.

Is automatic gearbox is good choice instead of manual gearbox with Peugeot 3008? What's the difference between 1.6 and 2.0 diesel fuel consumption? Thanks

le 112 et 115 sont extremement fiable. Mon 3008 de 2012 avec le 112 a 340 000km et pourtant je ne m'acharne pas sur l'entretien

dude if you want to keep a great gas mileage the way he shifts is correct.

I have an older version of the same engine, the 1.6 16v diesel, 3008 has 8v engine. Shifting up to 2000 rpm is correct. I never pass 2000 rpm unless I have to overtake. Tank lasts up to a month with early shifting. And since it's a diesel, it doesn't mind low revs.

Couldn't disagree more. If you never see on dashboard upshift signal, fuel economy is enormous

Diesel engines are to be driven with a minimum rpm of 1800. Cloging the particulate filter can cause more expensive problems than your gas mileage. I dont know who taught that diesels are better driven with low revs

Yeah, keeping the engine in low revs just to save 2 litres of diesel. Its like starving yourself to save 10 euros a month
