Promaster - same. Parking brake retainer clips came off and wreaked havoc in there. Not a mechanic but I tackled it. Those two large bolts! lol I really had to give those my all a standard length 1/2 racket. Next time I'll have a breaker bar or a pipe. Thanks for the vid!

The larger string is mounted upside down. When you notice, she is smaller at the top and larger at the bottom. (different number of "rings") At 10:11 it can be seen that she is turned the other way around. It catches at the top and there is a lot of space at the bottom.

Changing the handbrake shoes --- did you have to adjust the handbrake cable as well? My handbrake is weak so not sue if the cable is the problem or dodgy shoes. Intend to check this weekend - but have been told that if I adjust the shoe setting (via the cog with a screwdriver) then I would have to reset the cable tension as well. :/
