In this months video we review the new Peugeot Rifter. This spacious vehicle has storage aplenty and is jam packed with a host of features you'd come to expect with a Peugeot Vehicle. Today we look at both the GT & Allure model, which is one of our best sellers.
The Allure Model comes with upgraded upholstery, center console and arm rest for added comfort particularly on those longer drives. When it comes to the Rifter, it really has to be driven to be understood, sharing many qualities with the ever popular Peugeot 5008. Today's Allure Model is a fully automatic car and comes with paddle shift gears, small steering wheel, leather upsholstery around the steering wheel. The Rifter also comes with the i-cockpit, and Apple car play so you can plug your phone directly into it, with air conditioning, temperature control and traction control as standard. The Peugeot Rifter Allure model is available in 1.2L petrol, 1.5L Diesel and in 3 horsepower variations.
The for those in need of some extra boot space, the back seats in the Rifter are rail mounted and can be adjusted to free up 14 to 16 inches of space as needed, while all the seats fold down if even more space is required. Ideal for active large families, the Rifter boasts incredible room as we've mentioned and provides ample room for any outdoor activities. The three individual seats in the back offer room, safety and comfort particularly when travelling with little ones with IsoFix Fittings as standard.
Tables & USB Sockets come as standard, meaning the Rifter can seat up 7 adults comfortably even on long journeys.
For drivers, the new Peugeot Rifter offers a lot more road presence than its predecessors. It boasts a good driving position that is high up off the road and in turn makes it a much more enjoyable car to drive.
The new Peugeot Rifter is also ideal for use as a taxi. 7 Seater Taxis often lack shoulder room, however that is not the case for the Rifter. There also plenty of headroom and for those Airport runs the back seats can be dropped in order to accommodate luggage.
The Rifter is also the ideal vehicle for those with limited mobility. The car can be set up with Sliding Doors and rear tilt doors to facilitate wheelchair access.
The GT Line model is the higher spec comes with Keyless Entry and Push Button Start. It also comes with a different color dash.
Lane assist comes as standard with all the new Peugeots and enhances your safety while driving. Designed to keep you between the lines while driving, the Lane Assist feature will prompt you to return your hands to the steering wheel should they be off it for too long.
As with all things the Rifter comes with a host of options including various wheel bases, colours, engines, gearboxes & horse powers.
