Hi, I am also a contributor to Pexels. With 3.65 K downloads I have never made a penny but that's perfectly fine . With over 406 K views that means about 403 K did not care for my pics. It is a humbling experience . I am just an amateur who enjoys my hobby.

Incorrect. As much as I love your content, you can make money off pexels. You can do this via donations, and they have recently added new features that let you add stock photos that you have to pay for. By this, I mean you can publish pictures that other people would have to pay for to use. Pexels, in my opinion, is one of the best stock websites.

I was kind of ambivalent about the benefits of Pexels for my stock port but now that SS has been giving 10 cent downloads, have been uploading a bit more to Pexels because there isn't a whole lot of difference between 10 cents and zero. I also like that I can get whackier with my edits on Pexels instead of boring noiseless edits for sites like SS.

I think it's a very good idea, Because to earn some money form istock or shutters. you need really high qualitty and really expencive equipment, to reach high standarts of selection. I want to publish my photos, and let the buyers to decide whether they gona pay or not. I believe that with pexel, deviantart and such free sites we will break the monopoly of shutterstock and others.

Its been better for me. I can win stuff in contests and my stuff is actually being used. I dont like the other platforms as much bc its so insanely hard for me to get my photography through shutterstock.
