അനുഭവം.🙏. ഞാൻ സിമന്റ് തേച്ച് വൈറ്റ് സിമന്റ് അടിച്ച് ഏകദേശം ഒരു വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞാണ് പെയിന്റ് അടിച്ച്കേറി താമസിച്ചത് (അതും മണലിൽ ) ഇപ്പോൾ രണ്ട് വർഷം ആയി ചില ഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ പെയിന്റ് അടർന്ന് വരുന്നു. ബാത്ത്റും ഭാഗത്ത് അല്ല. ഇതിന്റെ യഥാർത്ഥ കാരണം ആർക്കും അറിയില്ല. പരസ്പരം പഴിച്ചാരൽ മാത്രം.

There is a chance those ferro cement joints might develop a crack after some years. It would be better if a fiber mesh dipped in an elastic material (like a waterproof solution) is added to the joints with an over lap of 15 cm or more. Then do a putty layer to mask it off and do emulsion.

Dear Kalesh Good Morning You have given us a very good knowledge about wall painting really it's worth. Can you tell us about automotive Full painting and partial painting on car body , 2K paint and Base coat ,after denting why they are applying steel filler, primer, every thing about automotive painting. Please do the demo in a reputed body repair centers,that will be a great knowledge for publics and the don't go to Workshop and force for their cars, drying time for each process.
