@@Hman9876 I said the same thing soon as he said his mom passed the camera got blurry.. I believe his mom was standing there with them at that very moment , an the camera gettin blurry is our sign.. they say when a spirit is present it will distort the camera an we definitely saw that here

When I was in HS auto shop class in the early 90’s , if someone said one day Honda 4cyl engines would be pushing 900hp they woulda been laughed right out of there.

Isn't this also a single turbo 67mm? I didn't get a clear answer on boost, but that's also mind-blowing. A MkIV Supra with two more cylinders and an extra turbo making 900 isn't bad.

We are lucky that we have someone like Brent to watch. All they want on cable is drama. Brent and the rest of PFI is always positive vibes and I have seen you guys in other video's go way out of your way to help people get cars ready for the dyno that most shops would not have done. Big props to PFI. You guy's are living the dream!! Thanks for sharing with us the wildest Honda builds and street builds out there!!

1990 awd tsi talon was my first car. It was blue and grey. Later on I had a 95 gst Eclipse. Both were fast car's but I was always working on them

These are without a doubt the best tuning videos on youtube. I've always wanted to get inside the mind of a tuner, hear their thought processes, go through the trial and error process of building power with these honda motors, or imports in general, and this is fucking fantastic. I can't get enough of it. I haven't been in the Honda game in a few years now, but with every one of these videos I watch, the more tempted I am to get back into it with something like a K20 swapped EM1 or EG on some boost. The enthusiasm Brent has is infectious. I'd love to be there in that shop with him during every pull, it'd be a party.

I know how he feels ! My car was registered in my mothers name too ,when she passed on the 16th of Jan I had new tries she got me for christmas it felt so right getting them put on and daaaamn the hook up ! Bitter sweet moment for sure. My mother was a structure mechanic in the navy for 15 years. I’d always take advice from her when I was building my car up. Brent you the man dude ! Thx 🙏

One of the best builds I've seen on the channel. Motec with all that data really shows why it's money well spent. If it was on anything else that head would have lifted and blew a gasket.

My old 91 dsm had a loud pump and people used to say it was supercharged or i had bad ground wire causing audio interference back in the 00's

Hey Brent, you can use either Fraps or OBS to screen capture on your laptop, i think Fraps is the smallest file to download, maybe stick it on a usb stick so you can put it on any pc/laptop even if your out and about.

One of the things I like to watch when you do a pull is how much the drive wheels move as the power comes in or out and this car I had to go full-screen to see any movement at all and it barely moved.

I use a magnet to take the plugs out and to put them in. There's enough magnetic grip to slightly tighten the plugs so you can pull the magnet back off.

Back in the early 2000s we had a honda on the dyno a good portion of the day and the hood was bouncing about like this ones was and tore the bolts thru the threads on one side and dropped the hood on the windshield. After that. Weve always taken the hoods off anything we build for tuning. Altho side note is most things we touch these days doesnt come with hoods anymore but still. Its an awkward moment that 1 time it happens and you hit pucker factor

That’s crazy for 30 psi of boost??(288 kpa into psi = subtract atmospheric). Definitely going to be one fast hot rod! I liked it! Hey, sell me a can of that dyno sauce!!?!? 😂 I’ll put it to good use for sure!

1:20 isn't crazy, that's how we set timing on bikes when you can't get to (or light doesn't want to cooperate) on a primary wire 👍 At 22:09 and 25:25 you can see the Tire Buckle under POWER 😍

See this is exactly what I want to do to my Accord. My uncle gifted the car to me and I loaned it to a family friend and they ended up thrashing it. My uncle passed and I now have the car back. That’s way coop to see!!

boxed fenders I had the same problem last week I got the The whole suspension downloaded. I can email you the link. 😂😂 now I changed the fuel filter on a 5th gen prelude and the immobilizer went out 🤷♂️ I swear these computers don’t like me.

Kyle Laughinghouse I wish it was that easy. But you can’t bypass it on the automatic. I gotta find the Red key of death or manual Swap it then I can do the computer work Lol Looks like she’s gonna sit in the back yard until I get time for her.

The looks I get as a millwright when we have a rubber belt slip on the drum and as a new guy I go where’s the dyno sauce. Like 10 sets eyes on me, I then grab some 3m contact adhesive, spray it on the drum then upon firing the electric motor up. Pulls like 10 tons of chips on a conveyor belt. Works almost too good. I had a motor rip off the mounts trying to pull a belt with dyno sauce on the drum.
