Bc people went from celebrating to celebrating in peoples faces to staredowns and flat out taunting. Give someone an inch and they take a mile. Getting in peoples space and doing shit was starting altercations and fights so they banned it altogether. That’s why they’re so strict with it today. Btw I’m a huge fan of the a good stare down after a dunk. Also celebrating is allowed; it just has the be in the direction a neutral/fan side corner of the crowds.
