For the confused: Green shaggy is an alt universe shaggy that everyone aside scooby died, it’s the shaggy from chapter 1 , 2 and god eater Red shaggy is the shaggy who trained Matt and you fight against in chapter 5, Everyone including scooby died, he is the strongest in the group. The WB shaggy is “our shaggy” same backstory as shaggy from scooby do, he is the weakest of the group.

Due to how powerful Shaggy and Matt are, they technically cannot be corrupted. It's practically impossible to even get a small bit on them.
