Welcome back! today im going to be using the REDKEN Aciding bonding treatment. You guys know i love to use low PH products to seal my hair cuticle. I only used the trestment in this video but since used the entire range and had such good results!

Doing a defined wash n go on type 4 natural hair can be difficult! Especially getting 4c natural hair defined but with the gummy extreme gel you’ll be able to! Its better than ECO styler and Wetline extreme gel!

This is a superb treatment! And no, ACV is not the same thing. This product actually repairs the bonds of the hair. However, if you do not use heat on your hair, if you don’t color or straighten your hair, this might not work for you. In other words, if your hair is not somehow damaged, do not use it. You might just end up with dry brittle hair. So in the case of healthy hair, yeah, just stick to ACV.

Indeed, my hair became dryer after using it. I looked for it because I believe the porosity of my hair is high right now. I saw many comments about acidification. Then I tried it. But now it is even dryer. I don't know what else I can do.

I started using ACV with my DC after watching one of your videos. I'm sticking to it. It works and it's budget friendly. I think your hair looked better with the ACV too. Shinier, smoother, more defined curls. 👍🏽❤️

@@aanchalchadha1712 No, it doesn't. Make sure you make an ACV rinse with the proper mix ratio - 5 parts water to 1 part ACV(with the mother). You can spray it in your hair between shampooing and DC and leave it on 3-5 mins. But I put DC in my hair then generously spray the ACV rinse on it and put my plastic cap back on my head. Then about 10 mins later, I rinse it out with cool water. Hope that helps. ❤️ ps if you're in the UK and looking for a budget ACV with the mother, try Aldi or Lidl.

I think this kind of product is intended to build up results over time. I would suggest using a much smaller amount of the actual treatment on extremely wet hair, rinse and follow with a super rich conditioner. Slowly build the bonds and moisture to maintain balance. I utilize ACV in a similar way. Your hair definitely looked significantly shiner and healthier after!

Your curls looked better with the apple cider vinegar. They were more defined and shinier.

Hi Nadine, I liked your video. However, when I used the whole system this morning, my hair still frizzed up. I'm not sure if I used enough or anything like that but so far, I am not impressed at what it has done to my hair. I will try it again and see maybe I might have a different result the next time. I hope so. Your hair looks good.

I agree! I've been using this system for 3 months and there is no difference in my hair except it feels super dried out and unpleasant to touch after a shower. Once I run out of product I'm not repurchasing.

Ok, after reading this, I got the conclusion that I should stop using it. It seems that some people have been observing more dryness and frizz. Therefore, it is not going to get better.

Hey girl thank you! and i used 50/50 ratio (bc i have been doing this for years) but i would recommend 1 part ACV to 4 parts Water when just starting out xx

I used the treatment along with L'Oreal Bonding shampoo & conditioner...I AM HOOKED! My 2B/C hair loves this product, will continue to use until my hair is full healed!

My hair was super dry and unpleasant to touch after using it. I followed all the steps in detail, and it got worse. In my experience, I don't recommend.

It’s a shame they didn’t put more moisturising properties in this line, they sacrificed it for the bonding properties, but I still love this product as a treatment regardless wish it was more moisturising xxx

@naturalnadinee I gave it a second try. I applied the Redken, and after I used a hydration mask. Right after washing, I felt it dry. After finalizing it, it became soft and light, and the volume was high, but it was really soft. The next day, it was the driest hair I ever saw. I don't know if I should keep trying and how it can be so good and then so bad... I have no idea what's going on.

It is also NOT a protein treatment. Protein treatments deposit protein. This has no protein in it

The Acidic Protein Amino Concentrate formula contains 9% Cationic + Amino is not the product you are shown using in your video (ACIDIC BONDING CONCENTRATE 14%). You can check the ingredient list on the bottle or online, no protein in the ACIDIC BONDING CONCENTRATE 14%

Blowout Professor on youtube said this or Olaplex 3 were the best for keeping hair from becoming damaged and repairs it. Does this hold perfectly true for "4c" hair? My hair always breaks off. I want my hair to stop failing.
