Sir guide me . My research proposal is not approved two times by Basar of private university. Already dgc and sgc are approved my topic. I prepared proposal with the help of supervisor. The university is not give me third chance to present the proposal. What is hec policy.

Sorry to say that you are interpreting it in the wrong way, who told you that PhD assessment test has been removed in Pakistan? I am a PhD scholar here in Islamabad with more than 30 publications in WOS and Scopus journals. Universities are still bound to consider those candidates for PhD admission who have passed either valid GAT- subject test having more than 60/100 or departmental test of the same university. There are two PhD in the world which is most challenging to get, the one which you get in Pakistan and the other is of USA and Canada. The rationale for saying them difficult is that you have to pass the comprehensive examinations after completing course work and more than 60% of students could not clear and are dropped out. What we are today is just because of Pakistani institutions so you should not degrade Pakistan universities and their higher education degrees. Cheers
