Making significant lifestyle changes, adopting a wholesome diet, and incorporating physical activity into my daily routine played pivotal roles in my journey to reverse this condition. I had grade 2 fatty liver in 2022, I did a fibroscan 😢 recently, I got fibrosis now with the report as F3 mild to moderate. Started to take semaglutide oral tablets 3 mg. I am obese with BMI 35.6 Lucky ast and Alt are normal, just 36 yr old. I stopped my 2500 calories intake to 1750 , reduced weight 106 kg to 98 still going on , have to reduce 26 kg more.

@@arunvijayan6083 in private hospitals like (medical trust Cochin) just 1500 rs. Go to ultrasound department for enquiry. In diagnostics center 5500rs (vivid diagnostic center). Fibroscan also known as Elastography. Fasting 6 hrs compulsory not even water to get accurate results.

Fibroscan നെ പറ്റി ഇതിൽ പറയും എന്ന് വിചാരിച്ചു. USG ചെയ്യുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് മാത്രം കൃത്യമായ അളവിൽ കിട്ടുമോ? എനിക്ക് usg യിൽ ഗ്രേഡ് 1 ആയി 25 വർഷം ആയി..fibro 11.3 ഇതുവരെ റിവേഴ്സ് ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല. Excercise ഉണ്ട് sugar control. Fruits പാടില്ലെന്ന് ഒരു ലേഖനം വായിച്ചു. കുറച്ചു കൂടി details ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ച് ഒരു episode പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു 👍🙏
