How much fatty liver is normal?
It affects about one in every 10 people. It is normal for the liver to contain some fat, but if fat accounts for more than 10 per cent of the liver's weight, then you have fatty liver and you may develop more serious complications.
Is fatty liver serious problem?
Early-stage NAFLD does not usually cause any harm, but it can lead to serious liver damage, including cirrhosis, if it gets worse. Having high levels of fat in your liver is also associated with an increased risk of serious health problems, such as diabetes, high blood pressure and kidney disease

എനിക്ക് gallbladder stone വന്നു ഇൻഫെക്ഷൻ ആയി. അത് remove ചെയ്തു. ഇനി food restriction എന്തെകിലും ഉണ്ടോ. ഞാൻ ഡോക്ടറോട് ചോദിച്ചു ഇതു remove ചെയ്താൽ liver problem ഉണ്ടാകുമോ എന്ന്. അപ്പോൾ അവർ പറഞ്ഞത് ഒരു പ്രശ്നവും ഇല്ല എന്നാണ്. ചെയ്തിട്ട് ഇപ്പോൾ 5 months ആയി. ഇനി എന്തൊക്ക ആണ് restriction എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞുതരാമോ
