Ingredients:
1 Cup Gram Flour
1 tsp Carrom Seeds
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt To Taste
1/2 tsp Ganthiya Soda
1 tsp Oil
Water as Required
Fafda Masala:
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1/4 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
A Pinch Salt
For Jalebi batter
1 cup Maida
1 tbsp Curd
3/4 Cup Water
1 tsp Gram Flour
1 tsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
For Sugar Syrup
2 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Water
2 Drops Lemon Juice
Pinch Yellow Food Color

Some Common Problem and Solution:
1. Not able to Spread Fafda Using Hand?
- Knead Dough Very well then Try.
2.Fafda Turn Red in Colour?
- Use of more soda or frying it on High Flame can make it red.
3.Fafda Remain Soft?
- Fry it on very low flame will make it crisp.
4.Bubbles forming on Fafda?
- Oil should not be very hot when you are frying Fafda.
5.Dont have Fafda Soda?
Use Papad Khar or Baking Soda.
