The administration is playing with people to get what they want. This is the reason why the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) said that they will place Luzon and Visayas grids under red and yellow alerts today, April 16, as several power plants are either offline or running at a reduced capacity. A red alert status is issued when the power supply is insufficient to meet consumer demand and the transmission grid’s regulating requirement. On the other hand, a yellow alert is issued when the operating margin is insufficient to meet the transmission grid’s contingency requirement. It does not necessarily lead to a power outage. All of these is a plan to make people think that NUCLEAR POWER PLANT IS REALLY NEEDED. I am not being clairvoyant, but it is clear as a sunlight what they are after.
