big love mate, you been a part of my life for a good decade. Remember seeing your beach set @ outlook 2011, our tents were just behind the decks n we just lay there on our inflatable mattresses in the sun in disbelief that we were being treated to the perfect set for the situation by big man phaeleh himself... then came down to the crowd for the last tracks, which there are vids of on youtube, for a moment that will always be with me. Phaeleh is bossman, of the highest class. I received a demo CD back when I was purchasing vinyl from Chemical Records (God Bless). It came as a free gift. I have Listened to every release since. Matt Preston is one of the most finest, understated and impeccable irregularities that we don't seem to have enough off. From The Vaults Vol. 2 is an absolute showcase. Please give this producer the recognition he deserves.

I wasn't allowed to release it unfortunately, so it isn't on any streaming platforms. I did post a download link on my Patreon in March if a digital copy would work, but it's unlikely it would ever be on streaming platforms I'm afraid.

I'm definitely going to do some studio focussed stuff. Might do something on the hardware side of things first, as I haven't had much joy with capturing the screen output from my main music machine. But will experiment to see if it's possible from a camera...

Thanks! Yeah, most of these tracks have been pencilled for various free releases or compilations for years, I just haven't really found the time to sort it out properly and do the music justice (rather than rushing it for a quick cash grab). I am hoping once I've got a few more projects out of the way I can put aside a few weeks to do this. Perhaps I could even stream some of those sessions...

I just melted in a sea of euphoric feels when I heard all my favorite songs from here on your new released “from the vaults vol 2” album on bandcamp the sunshine track I didn’t recognize but oh boy what a banger !!! Absolutely massive set! Thanks for providing this. I normally listen to DnB, but your music has been a properly good companion during this quarentine period. Highlights for me are the tracks at 1:14:00 and 1:20:00! I hope some bits will make the cut in the future, for now it's just Embers to look forward to. Keep up the good work!
