आज भी कहीं ऐसे संत महात्मा है जो केवल फलाहार ही करते हैं और वह 100 साल की स्वस्थ जीवन की चुके इन वैज्ञानिक महोदय का तर्क समझ में नहीं आया वैसे भी साइंस में कुछ ना कुछ होने की संभावना रहती है इसलिए आंख मूंदकर यकीन ना करें। कुछ दवाइयां और कुछ चीजों के बारे में साइंस ने पहले इंसानों से वह चीज कर दी फिर कह दिया इसको छोड़ दो यह गलत है बड़ा असमंजस का मसला हो जाता है

डा अशोक जी, सही कहा आपने! आज के ज़माने में, क्या खाएं क्या न खाएं के बारे में, कोई डाक्टर कुछ कहता है, कोई और उसके बिल्कुल पलट, दोनों ही विज्ञान का हवाला देते हैं। मेरे विचार से अच्छी सेहत के लिए, प्रक्रिति ने जो दिया वह सब ही उचित मात्रा में खाने से सेहत ठीक रहेगी।

मुझे जब डायबिटीज नहीं थी मैं आम के फल खाता था। मेरा स्वास्थ्य अच्छा था मुझ में ऊर्जा शक्ति की कोई कमी नहीं हुई। शरीर में इंसुलिन क्यों नहीं बनता है या क्यों कम होने लगता है उसको बनाने और बढ़ाने का उपाय क्या है डॉक्टर एस कुमार को इस बात पर अपना ध्यान केंद्रित करना चाहिए। क्योंकि शरीर के लिए इंसुलिन अति आवश्यक है इसलिए इंसुलिन का सप्लीमेंट या इंसुलिन का इंजेक्शन लेने में ही भलाई समझते हैं।

Iam diabetic, I researched a lot on youtube when I was diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus, my fasting was 250 and PPbs was 450, I took metformin for about a month, then I stopped, then I watched Dr anupam ghose videos on KZfaq and start low carb diet, which he advised for all diabetic patients, since I started low carb diet, my sugar level came back to normal without any medicine or walking, now I eat everything but in limited portion.

Dr brc is also a science graduate and has scientific evidences for all his researches but he never said that fructose is deposited over pancreas causing insulin resistance and resulting diabetes. pl clarify who is right?(to national khabar)

In my view take regular fruits like mausambi, pomegranate, carrot juice with ginger your sugar level will go down. यह सही है जो मार्केट मे फ्रूट्स बेचे जाते है वो स्टोर करके rate के हिसाब से बेचे जाते है और उनपर केमिकल use किया जाता है इसलिए fruits बिना store के हो तो बेहतर होगा 😊
