So Phantom Knights have been in the game since release and was mostly known for its ease of access to the Artifact Scythe lock, but it is much more fun to play without it. Yes, we still run the DPE engine as a disruption tool, which works wonders against backrow decks, such as Labrynth. It did not do that well against Snake-Eyes. I just never managed to go first against them, but going second is almost not possible without Droplet in hand. Labrynth and Snake-Eyes where about 80% of my games.
I've gone back-and-forth between the 45 and 60 card version, but I haven't found a version that I was particularly fond of. For some reason Phantom Knights just don't click for me, even though a do like the theme or the aesthetic of the deck (I had a similar thing with Tri-Brigade), but perhaps it does for you. So feel free to point out mistakes that I've made, or improvements I could have done.
