Here's a great gift I got for the one who I dance with in the night. From the San Francisco Music Box Company (www.sanfranciscomusicbox.com), called "Phantom and Christine Hinged Trinket Box."
I could go on, but the quality speaks for itself!

when i was very young, my uncle gave me a snowglobe with a little clown in it. it had this exact same song in a music box in the base. he ended up dying of kidney cancer when i was 6. i had to throw it away a couple years ago because the water ended up leaking everywhere because it was so old. please don’t ever take this down, i never thought i would hear this music box again

@@smunch24 Terribly sorry to hear that about your uncle and that you had to give up his snowglobe too. However, I'm glad this simple video I took over a decade ago (clumsily on my messy desk with a so-so camera) brought you, as well as so many other people, a bit of joy. I don't have any plans to take this video down. In fact, I do still have this music box so maybe I should take a better video someday...

@Jean- It's a traditional wind up music box, so it'll eventually wind down and stop if you let it keep going for a while. All you need to do then is wind it up again!

Did you receive a wind up key with it. I received one today but didn't get a key. Not sure if its meant to have one or not?

I'm not sure if my model is exactly the same as your brand new one, but mine doesn't come with a key either. Instead there's just a simple little windup pin on the underside that you twist clockwise to get it going. Hope that helps and you're able to enjoy your new music box!

TheLDpwnz thanks for the reply. Yeah that's the exact one I just purchased. On the bottom there's a tiny pin but looks like I need some sort of key to get it to twist as its embedded inside. Better contact the seller :)
